Strawberry Lime Sorbet

Ingredients

• 4 cups frozen strawberries
• 1/4 - 1/3 cup lime juice
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 tbsp lime zest
• 1/8 - 1/4 cup honey

Preparation

Step 1

Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth. The consistency may be perfect as is to serve or for a more frozen treat, run it through an ice cream maker. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
