Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can of beer or soda
- 1 whole 3ish lb. chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grille to about 375. Mix sugar thru black pepper. Pat chicken dry. Place beer can inside of chicken, legs on bottom.Sprinkle 1 tsp. of mix into top cavity. Rub remaining mix on entire body of chicken. Place chicken in pan and set on grille. Use outside burners so heat is indirect.
