Hot Fudge Sauce

This is the best chocolate sauce! The recipe is from Eva Roberts of Just American Desserts in Spokane. Store in the refrigerator and microwave to warm just before serving. Keeps for 4 weeks in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 1-12 oz can Evaporated milk
  • 1-12 oz package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat milk, chocolate and sugar to gentle boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. After cooling, store in sealed container in the refrigerator.
