  • 1 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 2 Tbs. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbs. Green Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Slices Bacon, partially cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Pound out chicken breast to 1/4" thick. Mix cream cheese and green onions and spread over one side of chicken breast. Roll up chicken breast to conceal cream cheese. Wrap partially cooked bacon around the chicken breast and secure with toothpicks. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Broil for about 5 minutes more to crisp bacon.
