  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup AP flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 ounces milk
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 wood skewers
  • Oil for frying

For the corn batter:
Mix all ingredients together.
Skewer and evenly coat the hot dogs in batter.
Fry at 320 degrees for 4 minutes.
