Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 to 6 depending on the size)
- 3 cups cornflakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Place cornflakes in a large plastic zipper bag, close it tightly and crush them with a rolling pin. Add sesame seeds, paprika, salt, pepper to the bag and mix well. Set aside.
Place milk in a small bowl and dip a piece of chicken into it, then place it in the bag of cornflake mixture. Shake well to coat, then remove the chicken from the bag and place in a baking pan. Repeat for all of the chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until juices run clear. Note: This works well with bone-in chicken pieces as well. Adjust cooking time as necessary. Servings: 4.
