Ingredients

12 Soft tortillas
1 cup Shredded mont. Jack
1 cup Shredded Colby
½ cup Corn or black beans
½ cup Chopped cilantro
1 Chopped red pepper
1 Chopped jalapeno

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat skillet over low heat. Divide cheese, corn, cilantro and peppers between 6 tortillas, top each with 2nd tortilla. Place tortilla i9n skillet and warm until cheese melts and tortilla is brown, flip and brown other side, cut into wedges and serve. Serve with cilantro yogurt dip.
