Spritz Cookie

Ingredients

• 1 cup softened butter
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 tablespoon almonds
• splash of lemon flavoring
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and place on cookie sheet
Place in 400 degree oven for 7-10 minutes



* can also add nuts, chocolate chips, or M&M
