Chocolate Plunge

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Karo syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan, combine corn syrup and cream. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate. Stir until melted completely. Serve warm as a dip for fruit.


Microwave directions:
Microwave corn syrup and cream on high for 1 ½ minutes or until boiling. Add chocolate and stir until melted.
