  • 2 pkg frozen broccoli - chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 3/4c rice
  • 1# velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 med onion diced
  • 1# mushrooms



Step 1

Thaw broccoli, saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Cook 3/4c rice. Cube cheese.

Put cooked rice in large baking bowl, add mushroom soup, cheese, onions & mushrooms with butter and broccoli. Mix well.

Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes or til browned on top and bubbly
