Ingredients
- crisco
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup self rising cornmeal
- 1 tbs mayo
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- water

Step 1
melt crisco in pan. add ingredients in a bowl and mix. add some mayo and grease from the pan, add water (not too thick not too soupy) stir until stirred good. pour in pan
cook at 450 about 20 minutes. salt-soda (little with buttermilk) punch of sugar
