Ingredients
- 6 (7 inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup each: shredded Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, Colby and Parmesan
- 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Top each tortilla with combined cheeses and tomato, if desired. Sprinkle with bell pepper, oregano and garlic powder. Using a wide spatula, move pizzas to grill about 4-5 inches above medium coals. Grill, covered, until cheese is melted and tortillas are crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes.
