Ingredients
- * 2 cups assorted mushrooms, trimmed and diced
- * 1 tablespoon butter
- * 1/4 cup white wine
- * 1 1/2 cups 35% cream
- * 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- * 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley and basil
Preparation
Step 1
In a small sauté pan, cook the mushrooms until soft. Add the white wine, simmer and reduce by 3/4. Next add the cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add a little Parmesan cheese and finish with chopped parsley and basil.
