Ingredients

  • 6 skinless chicken breasts
  • sprinkle with garlic salt,
  • cover with barbecue sauce,
  • wrap individually in foil,
  • bake at 325o for one hour,
  • chill in foil (1-2 hours),
  • unwrap, slice into strips.
  • 1 head lettuce
  • slice into thin strips
  • 4-5 oz. almonds
  • toast in oven, on cookie sheet
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 1 small can chow mein noodles
  • Lightly toss all ingredients with dressing (below). Be careful not to add chow mein noodles too long before serving or they become soggy.
