Ingredients
- 1 C White Wine
- 1/4 C Butter
- 1- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 Shallots Minced
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 - 2 C Monteray Jack Cheese
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
In a saute pan heat up wine, butter, garlic, and shallots. Cook scallops 1/2 way, season with salt and pepper.
Place scallops in individual shallow dishes with some of the reserved liquid. cover with bread crumbs and monteray jack cheese.
Bake at 375 until bread crumbs and cheese are golden.
