Ingredients

  • 1 Can Sliced Mushrooms (6 Oz.)
  • 2 Tsp. Minced Onions
  • 1/3 Cup. Shredded Cheese (Chedder or American)
  • 1 1/4 Cup. Uncooked Rice
  • 1/8 Tsp. Pepper
  • 3 Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • 4 Tsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tsp. Chopped Parsley (opt.)
  • 2 Tsp. Chopped Pimento

Step 1

Drain Mushrooms, reserve liquid. In a greased casserole, combine mushrooms, onion, almonds, cheese, rice and pepper.

Add enough water to mushrooms liquid to make 3 1/2 cups. Heat to simmer. Add bouillion cub es and stir until dissolved. Add soy sauce. Pour over rice mixture and cover.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed. Stir in parsley, pimmento and salt to taste
