• 100ml cider vinegar
• 50ml white wine vinegar
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp mustard powder or 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 heaping tbls mayonnaise
• 10-15 drops Maggi
• ground pepper to taste
