Chocolate Eclair Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 packaged instant jello vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 3 cups cool whipped topping, thawed
  • 64 Nilla vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • 2 oz. semi - sweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk pudding with milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes, stir in cool whip.

Arrange 16 wafers on the bottom of and 8 inch square pan, cover with 1/3 of the pudding mixture and repeat. Top with remaining wafers. Chill 4 hours. Melt chocolate and drizzler over dessert.
