Chef Salad

Ingredients

  • 10 cups bite sized pieces salad greens
  • 1 cup thin stips of cooked chicken
  • 4 oz. cooked or smoked ham
  • 5 oz. cheese, cut into thin strips
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 - 3 hard boiled eggs, quartered lengthwise
  • 12 brine cured olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup vinagrette

Preparation

Step 1

Add just enought of the vinagrette to lightly coat the greens. Arrange all the remaining ingredients except for the parsley over top of the greens. Sprinkle with parsley.
