Ingredients
- 10 cups bite sized pieces salad greens
- 1 cup thin stips of cooked chicken
- 4 oz. cooked or smoked ham
- 5 oz. cheese, cut into thin strips
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 - 3 hard boiled eggs, quartered lengthwise
- 12 brine cured olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup vinagrette
Preparation
Step 1
Add just enought of the vinagrette to lightly coat the greens. Arrange all the remaining ingredients except for the parsley over top of the greens. Sprinkle with parsley.
