- Potatoes
- 1/2 C Milk
- 1 Tbls Butter
- 2 Tbls Flour

Preparation
Step 1
Boil Potatoes 10 to 15 minutes - Drain
In same pan mix milk, butter and flour
Wisk until thick
Toss in Cheddar Cheese
Pour over Potatoes
Bake 375
Cook until brown on top
