Fruit Cobbler

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a 2 quart casserole. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk in a small mixing bowl; mix well. Pour mixture over melted butter. Do not stir. Spoon fruit over batter; do not stir. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
