Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup Crisco
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup molasses

Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together. Cream Crisco and sugar, add egg and molasses, then dry ingredients. Mix well. Form round balls and roll in white sugar to cover ball. Place on cookie sheet and bake 12 - 15 minutes at 350.
