Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

  • 8o. sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed and peeled
  • 1/3 cup walnut halves
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil



Step 1

Use food processor to finely chop tomatoes, garlic and walnuts. Transfer mixture to bowl and stir in EVOO, hot sauce and salt. Stir in basil. Let stand one hour before using.
