Helen Raetz's Bar-B-Q- Sandwiches
These are great.
- 1 brisket....night before sprinkle with Worcestershire and liquid smoke, onion, garlic and celery salt on both sides. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake covered for 5 hrs. at 250% in shallow pan. Pour off juice. Take out and slice thin. Put back in pan and cover with barbeque sauce. Bake 1 hr.
28 oz. ketsup
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Cook sauce for 1/2 to 3/4 hr.
