Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbs light brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 pounds skirt or flank steak (lightly pounded)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a large zip-lock bag. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. Grill for 2 to 4 minutes per side for medium. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
