Beef Brisket - Slow Cooker
Serve pulled or sliced au jus on crusty rolls
- 4 pound beef brisket (fresh)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 610mins
Trim excess fat from brisket.
Combine seasonings and rub into brisket.
Place in crock pot fat side up.
Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
Cut across the grain and serve with au jus.
