Sausage and Oat "Grits"

  • 1 1/2 c cooked steel-cut oatmeal
  • 1 oz crumbled soft goat cheese
  • 3 chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 oz thinly sliced precooked chicken sausage
  • 1 T chopped fresh basil
  • fresh ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook oatmeal according to package directions. Top with remaining ingredients and serve.
