Peaches in Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Peaches
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Package (10 oz) Quick Frozen Raspberries thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Slice Peaches and place in bowl. Squeeze small amount of Lemon Juice over them to keep them from discoloring. Add Brown Sugar and toss to coat peaches.

Force Raspberries thru a metal mesh strainer into another bowl. Discard seeds.

Spoon Raspberry Puree over Peach mixture.
