Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 LB Hamburger
  • 5 slices bread - soaked in 1/2 to 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 TBL Worchester Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 TBL Parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all - Make into balls

Bake 350 degrees for 20 - 30 Minutes


Gravy:

1 and 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg brown gravy
1 can of mushrooms
