Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 T. tomato paste
  • 2 T. garlic minced
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 t. ground cumin
  • 1 t. pepper
  • 1 t. red pepper flakes (optional)
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk all ingredients together and cover steak in it and let marinate
