Ingredients
- 1 32-ounce bag diced hash brown frozen potatoes
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup (not diluted)
- 1 cup (8 ounces) Breakstone Sour Cream
- 1 bag (4 cups) shredded cheese
- Note: I double this when I make it.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
1. Add frozen hash browns to a large bowl
2. Add 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup (not diluted). Mix well.
3. Add 8 ounces sour cream and mix well.
4. Add shredded cheese and mix well.
Grease baking dish.
Pour/spread potato mixture in baking dish evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
