New Orleans Peach Pudding (WB)

Gus & Michelle's 50th BD party.
So good, even Becca wanted the recipe.

Ingredients

• 17 oz can sliced peaches, drained>>>divide among
• 6 dessert dishes
• 1 c milk
• 8 oz sour cream>>> blend
• 3 3/4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix>add & beat til
• smooth & thickened (1 min). Spoon over peaches.
• Chill.
• 4 T brown sugar>>press thru a sieve onto a baking sheet in a 1/4" thick layer. Broil til sugar melts in a lacy pattern. Cool. Break into pieces & place on top pf pudding.
• 2 T broken pecans>>sprinkle over
