Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breast for stir-fry

  • 1 package (1 oz.) Old El Paso taco seasoning mix

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Progresso black beans, rinsed/drained

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Mexican whole kernel corn with red/green pepper, undrained

  • ¼ cup water

Directions

1. Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in skillet 8-10 minutes, stirring occastionally, until no pink in center. 2. Stir in seasoning mix, beans, corn and water. Cook over medium high heat 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is slightly thickened. Serving Suggestion: Serve with tortillas
