Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Baby Bam (3 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp salt, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oregano, basil, thyme, 1/2 tsp celery salt)
  • 4 fish fillets (flounder or sole)
  • 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened at room temp

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl combine butter, worcestershire, parsley, garlic, salt and white pepper. Use a runner spatula to mix until smooth. (this is called compound butter)
Position rack in center of overn and preheat to 375

Season each fillet with 1/2 tsp Baby Bam

Lay each fillet in center of a piece of aluminum foil and spoon 2 tbsp of butter over the top of fish

Bring long edges of foil together and make an airtight seal.

Lay pouches on baking sheet and place in oven.

Bake 20 minutes
