Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese and bacon in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13×9 dish. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. If cheese has not melted, take off cover and heat for a minute or two.
