White Chocolate Party Mix

Ingredients

• 1 pound white chocolate
• 3 cups rice chex
• 3 cups corn chex
• 2 cups cheerios
• 3 cups pretzels
• 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
• 2 cups M&M's

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate in a double boiler on low heat.

Pour melted chocolate over mixture and stir to coat.

Spread onto waxed paper to cool.
