Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 2 cups blueberry juice

  • 1/2 cup sparkling wine, divided

Directions
