Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan

I made this recipe when Katie's best friend (who hates broccoli) spent the night. She tried it and she loved it! Now she makes it at home and for her Grandma.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Broccoli
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the broccoli into small florets (about the size used in veggie trays), removing the longer stalks. Place foil on a baking sheet. Arrange the broccoli florets in a single layer on the foil. Drizzle olive oil over the florets and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Turn the broccoli over and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve immediately.
