Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- 2 pints cherry or santalina tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 jalapeno pepper (or bottled peppers)
- 1 chili pepper, diced (or use frozen cubes, one only)
- bunch green onions diced
- half red pepper
- dash salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 "shakes" of cumin powder
- 2-3 tbs lime juice

Step 1
Place red onion, green onion, jalapeno, chili pepper, garlic, green and red pepper in food chopper/processor. Pulse until diced finely.
Add dash of salt and pepper, lime juice, and cumin powder.
Add 1 pint of tomatoes and pulse until processed. Then add 2nd pint and pulse 2-3 times only (last pint diced coarsely).
Best if left overnight to mix flavors.
Serve with taco chips.
