BFL - Peaches 'n' Cream


Fresh sliced peaches and whipped topping over creamy vanilla pudding

  • 1 cup cold skim milk
  • 6 oz. light fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 4-serv package vanilla pudding
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup cool whip


Servings 4
Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

In large bowl, whisk together milk and yogurt until smooth. Stir in protein powder. Add pudding mix and whisk until well belended, about 2 minutes.

Spoon into 4 bowls and refrigerate at least 20 minutes. Top with peaches and cool whip.
