Ingredients
- 1 cup graham crackers
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 5 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs

Step 1
mix crumbs, 3 tbsp sugar and butter together. press firmly into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 min.
mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. add sour cream, mix well, add eggs one at a time, mixing at low speed. pour over crust.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour 10 minutes or until center is almost set.
run a knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake.
cool before removing rim 4 hours
