Amazing Mac and Cheese
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ox. velveeta
Cook elbow macaroni. Drain and set aside.
Combine flour, butter, salt and pepper over medium heat.
Slowly add in milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add in sharp cheddar cheese and velveeta. Heat until well blended.
Pour cheese mixter over cooked elbow macaroni in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and a bit crushy, about 30 minutes.
