Chili Cheese Rice (Bonnie Bender)

- 1c rice - cook as directed
- 2c grated jack cheese
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies
- 1 1/3c sour cream
Mix sour cream, chilies, 1 3/4c cheese. Add to cooked rice. Put in a greased casserole dish. Top with remaning cheese. Cook 30 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
