Orange Soy Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back pork ribs (2 - 3 lbs) cut into individual ribs.
- 1/4 C. Fresh OJ
- 1/4 C. Soy Sauce
- 1/4 C. Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp ground cumin

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put ribs in large sealable bag. In a bowl, stir together everything until sugar is dissolved.
2. Pour marinade over ribs in bag, seal it, and marinate chilled for an hour.
3. Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 375.
4. Transfer ribs and marinade to baking dish and arrange ribs in 1 layer, not touching. Roast ribs 30 minutes, then turn over ribs with tongs and continue roasting until they are tender and well browned, about 30 minutes more.
