Microwave Easy Fudge

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 4 T milk
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 T vanilla
• 1 lb. box 10x sugar
• 1/2 C cocoa
• 1/2 C nuts, optional
• 1/2 C peanut butter, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Stand up stick of butter in medium size mixing bowl (microwaveable). Add other ingredients around the stick of butter. Microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes until butter is melted. Mix together and place in 8 x 8
inch pan to cool.
