Fresh Mexican Salsa

Ingredients

  • 8 large ripe tomatoes
  • 2-3 large ripe jalapeno peppers (3 if you like it really spicy)
  • 1 habanero pepper
  • 2 bunches green onion (with tops!)
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
  • 3 diced garlic cloves
  • 1 T (or more to taste) salt

Preparation

Step 1

Chop three tomatoes and one bunch of onions, put in blender. Seed
peppers and add to blender jar. Add salt. Blend on high speed until
pureed. Add chopped cilantro and pulse blender until cilantro is
minced. Pour tomato/pepper/onion/cilantro puree into a large bowl.
Dice the remaining onions (with tops) and tomatoes and stir into
pureed mixture. Serve with tortilla chips, or with tacos burritos
etc.
