1/3 cup of soft shortening
1/2 cup sour milk (add 1 teaspoon of vingar to reg milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 egg
1 cup mashed banana;s
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Step 1

Mix flour ,baking powder and baking soda, salt and sugar
Mix soft shortening, sour milk, vanilla,egg and mashed bananas
when all are blended together
pour into 2 8 in pans or 1 9x11square pan
bake at 350 for 30 min. or 35 for square pan
