Ingredients
- *I really just do this one to taste! So taste as you go! :)
- 2 packages frozen spinach, micro on high 5 min. - squeeze dry
- 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 3/4 c. - 1 c. mayo (I like Hellman's)
- 3/4 c. - 1 c. sour cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- Lots of Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 C. grated pepper jack cheese
- 1 C. grated parm (not the finely shredded kind)
- Mix together all ingredients together except for the parmesan cheese. Put in dish. Top with parmesan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
