Ingredients

  • *I really just do this one to taste!  So taste as you go! :)
  • 2 packages frozen spinach, micro on high 5 min. - squeeze dry
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 3/4 c. - 1 c. mayo (I like Hellman's)
  • 3/4 c. - 1 c. sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Lots of Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 C. grated pepper jack cheese
  • 1 C. grated parm (not the finely shredded kind)
  • Mix together all ingredients together except for the parmesan cheese.  Put in dish.  Top with parmesan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
