Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green or yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 4 Kaiser rolls, split and toasted
- 4 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Mozzarella Cheese

Cook sausage with onion and bell pepper in large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, stirring frequently; drain. Add pasta sauce and basil; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Fill each roll with sausage mixture and a slice of cheese.
